We are recruiting for a Healthcare Associate Attorney to join a well-regarded law firm's healthcare practice in New York City. This position is ideal for a candidate with 2-4 years of litigation experience, who is eager to engage in a dynamic legal environment focused on healthcare matters.

Duties:

  • Represent clients in healthcare-related litigation
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions
  • Participate in court hearings and trials
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to develop case strategies

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of litigation experience
  • Admitted to the bar in New York
  • Experience in the managed care industry is a plus, but not required
