Attorneys in this position are expected to lead cases from initiation through trial, ensuring justice and maximum recovery for clients.

Duties:

• Handle personal injury cases from inception to resolution, including trial advocacy when necessary.
• Draft and file legal documents, motions, and pleadings.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
• Represent clients in court, mediation, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain meticulous case documentation and adherence to deadlines.
• Provide strategic advice to clients, maintaining open and transparent communication throughout the case.

Requirements:

• Active law license in good standing with the South Carolina, North Carolina, or Georgia Bar.
• 2-3 years of experience in Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Exceptional work ethic and commitment to professional growth.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the SC, NC, or GA Bar Association.
