This is a full-time, partnership-track position designed for an attorney with experience in insurance coverage representation and litigation. Duties

• Represent clients in matters related to insurance coverage, including both policyholders and insurers.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews and interpretations of first- and third-party insurance policies.
• Provide litigation support, including drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and managing discovery processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues and directly engage with clients to deliver effective legal solutions.
• Participate in pro bono matters and contribute to broader community service initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in insurance coverage representation and litigation.
• Bar Admission: Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
• Skills: Strong analytical, research, and writing capabilities; demonstrated leadership and ability to work autonomously.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic record.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Massachusetts State Bar.
