Job Overview

A well-established and rapidly growing law firm specializing in personal injury and property damage litigation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in litigation matters, ensuring they receive excellent legal care, and securing the best possible outcomes.

Location

  • Atlanta, GA

Duties

  • Represent clients in personal injury litigation matters

  • Meet with clients to discuss their cases, providing compassionate and empathetic legal counsel

  • Maintain communication with clients and insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and offers

  • Prepare cases for trial and conduct trials when necessary

  • Evaluate claims and negotiate settlements effectively

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience

  • Proven 1st chair trial experience

  • Member in good standing with the Georgia Bar

  • Ability to work independently in an office environment

  • Team-oriented mindset

  • Proactive problem-solving skills

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active and good standing membership with the Georgia Bar

Skills

  • Strong negotiation abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
