The ideal candidate will work closely with senior litigation attorneys to support a variety of legal matters. Responsibilities include handling client interactions, legal documentation, court appearances, and preparing for trials. Duties:

• Collaborate with senior attorneys to strategize and provide support in litigation cases.
• Consult with clients to assess claims and provide legal guidance.
• Assist clients in meeting municipal, state, and federal obligations.
• Collect and review evidence, and manage documentation as needed.
• Conduct witness interviews and site investigations.
• Draft communications, including letters to clients and opposing counsel.
• Prepare and file legal pleadings, motions, and related court documents.
• Create and serve written discovery requests and respond to those from opposing parties.
• Support the preparation of expert witness reports.
• Take and defend depositions, including both percipient and expert witnesses.
• Represent clients in municipal, state, and federal court appearances.
• Participate in alternative dispute resolution methods, both before and during litigation.
• Contribute to trial preparations and other legal tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in litigation and legal research.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Nevada.

Skills:

• Strong legal writing and drafting skills.
• Proficient in legal research and case management.
• Experience with deposition, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Knowledge of municipal, state, and federal regulations and procedures.
• Ability to handle complex legal issues and provide strategic advice.
