Family Law Attorney

Southfield office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a family law attorney with 5 years of experience in family law. The candidate will assist in case analysis and strategy development based on the clients situation. Will assist in client communication on strategy, options, and next steps. Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, judgments, and orders for divorce and child custody cases. Represent clients in both negotiations and court proceedings, including mediations, trials, evidentiary hearings, and motions. Must be Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan. Familiarity with Oakland and Wayne County courts is required.

The candidate should have strong writing and oral communication skills. Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented with good time management skills. Excellent client service skills with a proven ability to communicate and manage clients' are needed.
