A law firm seeks a skilled and dedicated Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their team in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring clients receive exceptional legal care while actively managing their cases from start to finish. This role requires handling complex litigation, preparing for trial, and providing clients with consistent updates and guidance. Attorneys will also collaborate with insurance providers, negotiate settlements, and be ready to represent clients in court when necessary.

Duties

• Conduct client consultations to offer expert legal advice, demonstrating compassion and empathy.
• Represent clients in personal injury cases, including trial preparation and courtroom representation as needed.
• Provide regular updates to clients on case progress, addressing any concerns or inquiries.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers.
• Draft and file legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and discovery requests.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate on behalf of clients to secure the best possible results.
• Manage a caseload independently while collaborating with a team of legal professionals to achieve favorable outcomes.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 6 years of litigation experience, with relevant first-chair trial experience.
• Must be a member in good standing with the Arizona Bar.
• Strong negotiation and client communication skills.
• Ability to handle complex cases independently while maintaining a high level of organization.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and a strong work ethic.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the Arizona State Bar.
