Duties:

  • Draft and respond to written discovery.
  • Review medical records and prepare detailed reports.
  • Draft client reports and correspondence.
  • Draft and argue motions, including preliminary objections.
  • Attend and participate in depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses, and experts.
  • Assist in trial preparation and attend trial proceedings.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to advance cases through all stages.
  • Ensure efficient case management and adherence to deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of litigation experience, with a focus on medical malpractice defense preferred.
  • Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (required).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
