Duties

• Manage all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Conduct mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations to resolve disputes effectively.
• Take and defend depositions to gather critical case information.
• Research, draft, and argue motions before the court.
• Investigate and analyze complex factual scenarios to develop case strategies.
• Maintain ownership and responsibility for cases with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of litigation experience, ideally in labor and employment law.
• Proficiency in California labor and employment statutes and regulations.
• Strong trial experience is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to handle all aspects of case management.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
