Duties:

  • Engage with the legal team to foster a collaborative culture.
  • Participate actively in daily team huddles, weekly firm meetings, and firm growth exercises.
  • Contribute to systemizing, developing, and refining the firm’s operating systems.
  • Draft and update the firm’s policies and procedures.
  • Prepare templates, scripts, diagrams, work-flows, and videos to enhance firm processes.
  • Assist clients in navigating the legal system with tailored case plans.
  • Maintain accurate and contemporaneous timekeeping.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and legal skill refinement.

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Washington.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in family law.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with remote support staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook).
  • Familiarity with case management software (experience with PracticeMaster is a plus).
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team-driven environment.
  • Ability to learn from feedback and continuously improve.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active Washington Bar License.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Washington State.
