Duties:

• Manage and oversee complex litigation cases in Florida
• Prepare, draft, and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on legal strategies and case management
• Handle transactional matters, where applicable
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and legal guidance
• Work independently, managing caseloads and meeting deadlines
• Maintain organization and efficiency in handling multiple tasks

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of litigation experience in Florida
• Strong writing skills, work ethic, and interpersonal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Organized with strong time management skills
• Florida Bar member in good standing (Required)

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Florida Bar (Required)
