Current admission to a State Bar or pending Bar exam results is required, with a preference for candidates who graduated in the top 30% of their law school class and have participated in Moot Court or Law Review.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Assessment: Thoroughly assess and evaluate disability claims to determine the strength and viability of each case.
  • Legal Representation: Prepare and represent clients at Social Security Disability hearings with professionalism and expertise.
  • Cross-Examinations: Conduct cross-examinations skillfully during legal proceedings to effectively challenge opposing testimonies.

Requirements:
