Duties:

• Handle written discovery and depositions effectively
• Draft pleadings, substantive motions, and other legal documents
• Attend mediations and court appearances as needed
• Provide assistance and support during trials
• Collaborate with legal team members to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and advice on case progress

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation
• Proficiency in handling written discovery, depositions, and drafting legal motions
• Proven experience in attending mediations, court hearings, and providing trial support
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active Bar membership in the state of Texas

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Texas
