Job Title: Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive motions, pleadings, and correspondence

• Handle written and oral discovery, including depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses

• Represent clients at hearings, case management conferences, and settlement proceedings

• Collaborate on trial strategy and preparation for complex litigation

• Support senior attorneys in all aspects of high-value injury cases

• Manage assigned caseload independently while contributing to team objectives

Requirements:

• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California

• Demonstrated litigation skills and courtroom experience preferred

• Proven ability to manage case files, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail

• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical capabilities

• Commitment to advocacy, integrity, and client service

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active California State Bar membership required
