Encino office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an attorney with 5-7 years of litigation experience. The candidate will draft pleadings, discovery, briefs and other litigation documents. Will correspond and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts. Conduct legal research, including via Westlaw. Work on all aspects of pretrial to trial. Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required. Trial and appellate support. Must have excellent research, writing, law and motion skills. Should have an interest in furthering their litigation skills as a key member of an active and growing practice that specializes in commercial, real estate, intellectual property and employment litigation. Must be admitted to practice in California and in good standing with the California State Bar.

The candidate should have strong academics and solid work history. Must possess strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Should have strong interpersonal skills. Must have ability to handle matters of a highly sensitive and complex nature. Should have ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects. Excellent organizational and time management skills needed. The firm offers Health insurance, 401k.
