  • Demonstrated ability to maintain and grow a personal portfolio of clients, with a proven record of originating new business
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry contacts
  • Effective organizational and time-management abilities, with a detail-oriented approach to legal analysis and client advisory work
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive approach to both client service and practice development

Education

  • Membership in good standing with at least one State Bar

Skills

  • Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities
  • Ability to develop and execute intellectual property strategies aligned with client business goals
  • Experience advising clients on patentability, freedom-to-operate analyses, and due diligence reviews
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Benefits

  • Comprehensive health insurance, including medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions
  • Paid time off for vacations, holidays, and sick leave
