Location:

Duties:

  • Manage the signing up of new clients and the development of assigned cases.
  • Analyze legal issues specific to each case and review demands.
  • Negotiate on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable outcomes.
  • Handle initial litigation processes and work towards the resolution of matters.
  • Oversee the disbursement of client funds in accordance with agreements.
  • Provide stellar client service and maintain strong communication with clients throughout the process.
  • Adhere to the highest ethical standards and best practices in the legal profession.
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals to ensure effective case management.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing.
  • 0-3 years of experience in personal injury law.
  • Valid Texas driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Texas Bar license (required).

Skills:

  • Strong legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent client service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage a high caseload effectively and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of personal injury law and litigation processes.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
