Litigation Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Manage and handle litigation matters, including medical and legal malpractice, employment, business, and whistleblower cases.
• Participate in court arguments and trials.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Handle client management and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery.
• Work independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines and handling high-pressure situations.

Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of litigation experience as a practicing attorney.
• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• License to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, or eligibility for admission within one year of hire.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while working in a team environment.
• Proactive, self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to think strategically and maintain client trust and confidence.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or eligible for admission within one year of hire.
