  • Stay abreast of developments in biotechnology, patent law, and regulatory changes affecting patent prosecution.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in at least one state; USPTO registration is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in patent prosecution, particularly in biotechnology.
  • Ph.D. in biology, molecular biology, cellular biology, biochemistry, or a related discipline.
  • Strong academic credentials with demonstrated expertise in relevant scientific fields.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  • Ph.D. in biology, molecular biology, cellular biology, biochemistry, or related discipline.

Certifications:
