Duties

  • Represent clients in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, agreements, and related documents.
  • Provide legal counsel to clients on regulatory compliance, due diligence, and real estate financing.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategies for complex real estate transactions.
  • Advise on the structuring and negotiation of commercial real estate deals, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Work closely with other attorneys and staff to support the needs of the real estate practice.
  • Maintain a high level of client communication and relationship management, ensuring exceptional service.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial real estate law, preferably within a sophisticated transactional practice.
  • Expertise in real estate acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing transactions.
  • Strong legal writing and drafting abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple real estate transactions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.

  • Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
