Duties:

• Draft comprehensive oil and gas title opinions for North Dakota development projects.
• Conduct detailed reviews of mineral title chains and identify title defects or issues.

Requirements:

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Ability to gain admission to the North Dakota Bar and the Bar of the State of Residence promptly.
