Duties:

• Lead case development, collaborating with staff to strategize and build strong cases.
• Work closely with management to create and implement efficient procedures aimed at maximizing case outcomes.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed.
• Review, assess, and work up cases for maximum value.
• Represent clients in pre-suit personal injury matters, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.

Requirements:

• Active membership in the Florida State Bar.
• Proven experience in plaintiff personal injury law.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively, ensuring all cases are handled with the utmost attention to detail and client care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Florida State Bar license required.
