Duties:

• Review and evaluate personal injury claims for case viability
• Conduct investigations by gathering and analyzing evidence, medical records, and witness statements
• Draft and prepare legal documents such as demand letters and settlement proposals
• Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel
• Provide clients with regular updates and explain legal processes
• Develop case strategies and collaborate with senior attorneys for case progression
• Stay current on relevant personal injury laws and industry trends

Requirements:

• Admission to the Colorado State Bar
• 0-3 years of legal experience; personal injury law experience preferred
• Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado

Skills:
