This position involves experience in handling a variety of litigation matters, including commercial and business disputes, real estate litigation, creditor’s rights, probate, trust and guardianship law, and construction law. The ideal candidate will have strong research, writing, and analytical skills, along with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.

Duties

  • Handle litigation matters related to commercial and business disputes, real estate, creditor’s rights, probate, trust and guardianship law, and construction law

  • Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and memoranda

  • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials

  • Manage multiple litigation projects simultaneously with minimal supervision

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal teams to develop case strategies

  • Prepare and review legal documents for accuracy and compliance

Requirements

  • 3 to 7 years of litigation experience

  • Strong analytical, research, and legal writing skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Trial experience is a plus

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Admission to the Florida Bar (active and in good standing)
