Estate Planning Associate Attorney

A law firm in Orlando, FL, is seeking a dedicated Estate Planning Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in drafting estate planning documents and must excel in client communication and strategy development to meet client goals.

Duties:

• Draft various estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on estate planning matters.
• Conduct client meetings to discuss estate planning goals and objectives.
• Develop personalized estate plans tailored to individual client needs and circumstances.
• Assist clients in navigating probate and trust administration processes.
• Review and analyze estate planning documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex estate planning matters.
• Stay updated on changes in estate planning laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in drafting estate planning documents.
• Comfortable working closely with clients to understand and address their estate planning goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in an understandable manner.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar or eligibility to waive in.
