Duties:

  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, financial advisors, and court professionals

  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support client representation

  • Stay informed on changes in relevant laws and regulations

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery

Requirements:

  • 0–5 years of legal experience (including third-year law students)

  • Demonstrated interest or experience in estate planning, probate, real estate, or transactional business law

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple client matters and meet deadlines

  • High ethical standards and professional demeanor

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to and good standing with the Wisconsin State Bar (or ability to obtain promptly)
