Duties:

• Handle and manage legal cases, specifically in personal injury defense and transportation litigation
• Provide exceptional client service, ensuring efficient and timely responses to client needs
• Communicate complex legal concepts clearly to clients and other non-expert stakeholders
• Manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment
• Collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented setting, maintaining a client-first mindset
• Occasionally travel locally and statewide for client needs and court appearances

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant civil litigation experience, ideally in personal injury defense and transportation
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Texas
