Duties:

• Communicate with clients to understand their legal needs and provide them with advice on potential legal solutions.
• Develop strategies to resolve cases efficiently and favorably for clients.
• Explain legal options and outcomes clearly to clients.
• Build and maintain client relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
• Prepare and represent clients in civil legal proceedings, including discovery and courtroom representation.
• Draft legal documents including contracts, discovery requests, motions, and pleadings in an accurate and timely manner.
• Provide ethical and effective legal counsel while navigating complex legal matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the Oklahoma State Bar.
• Proven commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and abiding by local, state, and federal laws.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team of attorneys.
• Strong skills in critical thinking, legal analysis, and public advocacy.
• Excellent negotiation, research, and communication abilities (both written and verbal).
• Attention to detail and adaptability in a dynamic legal environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Oklahoma State Bar.
