Duties:

  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other real estate-related documents.
  • Collaborate with the firm's team to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and state real estate laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Active license to practice law in South Carolina (North Carolina license is a plus).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate law, particularly residential and/or commercial real estate.
  • Experience with title review and closing documentation preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
