Duties:

• Represent clients in real estate transactions, including residential and commercial deals.
• Handle land use matters and ensure compliance with zoning ordinances and local regulations.
• Advise clients on Delaware real estate laws and procedures.
• Manage litigation cases related to real estate and land use disputes.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal counsel for clients across Sussex, Kent, and New Castle counties in Delaware.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the Delaware State Bar and in good standing.
• 1-5 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on transactions.
• Familiarity with Delaware zoning ordinances and land use regulations.
• Prior experience handling litigation cases.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree required.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Delaware.
