  • Admission to the State Bar Association or eligibility for admission.
  • Familiarity with Family Law, Criminal Law, CPS, Collections, and Immigration matters is a plus.
  • Strong legal research skills and experience with legal research tools (e.g., Lexis-Nexis).
  • Proficiency in legal writing for drafting documents and correspondence.
