Duties:

• Advise clients on structured finance transactions, including securitizations and CLOs
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to structured finance transactions
• Provide strategic legal counsel on complex financial and corporate matters
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to manage and execute deals
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and firm policies
• Conduct legal research and provide timely, high-quality work products
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to business development

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of structured finance, securitization, and CLO experience
• Experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm is preferred
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Excellent business judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction where applying
