A multi-state law firm is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join its Lakewood, Colorado office. This role focuses on representing mortgage lenders and servicers in matters involving foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, and general property law. The position is ideal for a motivated attorney interested in creditor rights and real estate litigation. While prior experience is preferred, recent attorneys with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Represent mortgage lenders in foreclosure, eviction, and bankruptcy proceedings
Advise clients on legal strategies related to creditor rights and property laws
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
Attend court hearings and trials as required
Review and analyze changes to applicable statutes and case law
Collaborate with internal legal staff and paralegals to ensure accurate file handling
Maintain client communication and respond to case updates and inquiries
Admission to the Colorado State Bar in good standing
Ability to attend and manage court appearances, hearings, and filings
Interest or experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, or real property litigation
Strong organizational and time management skills
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple files efficiently
Strong legal research and analytical thinking abilities
Proficient with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and in a team-based legal environment
