Duties

  • Perform comprehensive legal research and provide analysis for various litigation matters.
  • Prepare precise and well-crafted legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Represent clients in legal proceedings such as court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Oversee and manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely progression of cases.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on intricate and sophisticated legal issues.
  • Build and maintain effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, judges, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to strategic planning sessions and offer innovative solutions to case challenges.

Requirements
