Job Location: Anderson, IN

Job Overview: A law firm based in Anderson, IN is seeking a dedicated Bankruptcy Associate Attorney to join their team on a partner basis. The position offers room for professional growth and advancement, with a focus on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. Duties:

  • Handle Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with clients to gather necessary documents and information for case preparation.
  • Manage a team of paralegals to ensure efficient case management.
  • Prepare and file court documents related to bankruptcy cases.
  • Attend creditor meetings and other court appearances as required.
  • Collaborate with the firm’s partners and other attorneys to ensure successful outcomes for clients.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the bankruptcy process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in bankruptcy cases.

Requirements:

  • JD degree with the ability to represent clients in bankruptcy matters.
  • Strong interest or experience in bankruptcy law, particularly Chapter 7 and Chapter 13.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.

Education:
