  • Collaborate with fellow attorneys and legal assistants in the post-conviction relief team.
  • Offer legal analysis and advice to clients to assess potential case benefits and probable outcomes based on legal precedents.

Requirements:

  • Experience in criminal defense or immigration law, with a focus on post-conviction relief or related legal matters.
  • Familiarity with criminal case procedures at both state and local levels.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
