Senior Patent Litigation Associate Attorney

Austin office of our client seeks senior patent litigation associate attorney with 4-7 years of patent litigation experience. The candidate must be licensed to practice law in Texas and admitted to practice before the USPTO. Should have experience managing patent infringement litigation.

The candidate should have excellent legal research and writing skills. Must be highly motivated, detail oriented, and well organized. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills needed. Must be a self-starter who can multitask in a small firm environment.
