Duties:

  • Manage an assigned caseload under partner supervision.

  • Conduct and defend depositions and attend inspections.
  • Consult with expert witnesses.
  • Assist with trial preparation and participate in trials as needed.

Requirements:

  • Admitted attorney with 1-5 years of experience in medical malpractice or relevant defense litigation.
  • Superior analytical and communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in New York.
  • Admission to the Connecticut Bar is a plus but not required.
