Duties

• Participate in depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Develop legal strategies to effectively resolve personal injury cases
• Represent clients in court, delivering arguments in personal injury litigation
• Communicate with clients, providing case updates and counseling

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in personal injury litigation
• Strong critical thinking, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage complex cases with meticulous attention to detail

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
