Duties:

• Leadership and Oversight: Supervise intake teams, case managers, and medical coordination staff to ensure efficient and effective workflows.
• Client Interaction: Communicate directly with English and Spanish-speaking clients, providing legal advice and fostering positive relationships.
• Case Strategy Management: Monitor case progress, track statute of limitations, and develop strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Demand Review: Oversee and approve demand letters, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Team Guidance: Act as a legal resource for the pre-litigation team, resolving complex issues and providing insights.
• Reporting: Regularly update the managing attorney on case progress, team performance, and urgent matters requiring attention.

Requirements:

• Active California Bar License.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on pre-litigation.
• Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to prioritize and delegate effectively.

Education:
