Duties:

  • Draft and prosecute patent applications related to high-tech innovations
  • Conduct patent landscape analyses and support IP due diligence
  • Assist with patent litigation and post-grant proceedings (IPR, PGR, interferences)
  • Advise clients on various aspects of technology, including software, hardware, and emerging technologies such as AI, robotics, and blockchain
  • Collaborate with clients and team members on IP strategy and portfolio development
  • Support the firm’s technology practice by providing expert guidance on intellectual property matters

Requirements:

  • USPTO registration
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Physics, or a related field
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong academic background
  • Ability to work independently and take on significant responsibility
  • A collaborative approach to teamwork and client interaction

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Physics, or a related field

Certifications:

  • USPTO registration required
