Duties:

• Manage and oversee workers' compensation cases from start to finish with support staff assistance.
• Conduct depositions and provide legal representation in workers' compensation cases.
• Review case files, gather necessary documentation, and prepare for hearings or trials.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective case management and positive outcomes.
• Provide legal counsel and advice to clients regarding their workers' compensation claims.
• Ensure all deadlines are met and maintain accurate, organized records of all case materials.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in workers' compensation law, handling relevant claims and depositions.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
• Highly organized, with excellent time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients, staff, and legal professionals.
• Friendly, professional, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must hold a valid license to practice law in California.
