The firm provides continuous administrative and business support, including marketing, client intake, and collections, enabling the attorney to focus primarily on practicing law. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in family law and be ready to manage multiple cases effectively.

Duties:

• Handle a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, and domestic violence cases.
• Work alongside the firm’s team to provide clients with high-quality legal representation.
• Manage cases efficiently and stay organized to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
• Provide empathetic, ethical, and client-focused legal services during emotionally challenging times.
• Collaborate with firm staff for client intake, marketing efforts, and case management.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, keeping them updated on case progress.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training as required.

Requirements:

• Licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases at once.
• Familiarity with limited-scope representation is a plus.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and providing compassionate legal care.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
