Litigation Attorney

Duties:

• Lead and manage litigation cases from inception through to resolution, including trials, hearings, and appeals.
• Develop and implement effective legal strategies and case management plans.
• Draft, review, and file motions, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Represent clients in court and at arbitration or settlement proceedings.
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and legal staff.
• Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients and provide strategic legal counsel.
• Stay current with legal developments and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage complex cases and lead a legal team.
• Strong negotiation and client interaction skills.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough legal research and analysis.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
