A law firm seeks an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney to join its New York, NY office. This role involves managing and overseeing IP litigation cases at various stages, from initiation through resolution. Duties

• Oversee and strategically manage multiple IP litigation matters from inception to conclusion.
• Produce high-quality legal work, maintaining a commitment to client service and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with team members, providing guidance and delegating tasks to junior associates and support staff when needed.
• Build and manage client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.
• Ensure compliance with legal profession standards, maintaining alignment with firm values and promoting diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, preferably in a law firm setting.
• Strong decision-making and leadership skills with an ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on producing high-quality work.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in at least one jurisdiction where the firm operates.
• Compliance with ongoing license renewal and continuing legal education (CLE) requirements.
