Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of litigation experience in construction defect or general liability matters.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in California.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and persuasive communication.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
