Carrollton office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks family law attorney with 5+ years of experience. The candidate will conduct legal research. Will prepare, review and edit legal documents, including Petitions, Motions, Orders, etc. Make Court appearances as required. Conduct billing practices per the requirements of the firm. Perform miscellaneous job duties per the requirements of the firm. Must have significant first-chair litigation experience. Board certification is preferred. Must be licensed by the Texas State Bar and in good standing. Should have excellent interpersonal skills. Must have excellent organizational, planning, critical thinking skills. Strong Attention to Detail and Accuracy is a must.
