Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in family law litigation, with a focus on complex, high-net-worth cases.
  • Admission to practice in South Carolina.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently develop and execute litigation strategies.
  • Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts for clients.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to work effectively with clients under pressure.
  • A results-driven approach with the ability to handle multiple high-profile cases.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving favorable outcomes in challenging cases.

Education, Certifications, and Skills:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
