Associate Attorney - Employment Law

A law firm seeks a dedicated Associate Attorney to join their employment law practice in Sherman Oaks, CA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in employment litigation and be a proactive team player.

Duties:

• Represent clients in employment law and civil rights litigation cases.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Participate in depositions, court appearances, and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members to develop effective legal solutions.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Engage with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information for their cases.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in California.
• Minimum of three years of experience in employment law or civil rights litigation is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Must hold a valid license to practice law in California.
