The firm focuses on foreclosure defense, landlord-tenant matters, and real estate litigation. The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of case management, from client contact and strategy to drafting motions and making court appearances.

Draft and file pleadings, motions, legal briefs, and other litigation-related documents
Conduct legal research to support case development and argumentation
Represent clients in court for motion practice, hearings, and trials
Develop and implement litigation strategies in real estate, foreclosure defense, and landlord-tenant cases
Maintain client communication throughout the litigation process
Coordinate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure case efficiency
Manage deadlines, court calendars, and documentation in an organized and timely manner
Litigation experience preferred
Experience in foreclosure defense, landlord-tenant, or real estate litigation is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Must be willing and able to travel locally for court appearances
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in the State of New York
Member in good standing with the New York State Bar
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective oral advocacy and courtroom presence
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
High level of professionalism and client-service orientation
